Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements:

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We do not charge a restocking fee.
Return & Refund Conditions
Incorrect or Defective Product:
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us using our contact form and include photos of the item. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and once tracking is confirmed, a replacement will be shipped immediately.
Dissatisfaction with Product:
We offer two refund options within 90 days of purchase:

50% Refund with Item Retention: If you are dissatisfied with the product but prefer to keep it, you may request a 50% refund.

100% Refund with Return: If you choose to return the product for a full refund, return shipping costs will not be covered by us. The item must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging, components, and accessories.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us via our contact form. We will process the exchange at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including reasons related to color, size, or texture.
Order Cancellations
As orders are typically processed and shipped immediately, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. While we will make every effort to cancel your order, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the item has been processed or shipped.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 4 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
